Add-ons

An add-on is an extra tool for your store. The Add-on badge in this guide marks these tools.

Open Add-ons in M&M POS to see what each tool does and what it needs.

1. Search for the tool you need.
2. Open its details.
3. Try it if a trial is offered, or choose the plan that fits your store.

An add-on belongs to your store and can be used across its users and devices.

Some add-ons need another add-on

Some tools only work with another add-on. Open the tool's details and look for This add-on relies on. Make sure that required add-on is enabled too.

• Employee Reports needs Employee Management.
• Customer Portal needs Customer Management.

Check requirements before you start a trial or choose a plan. Related add-ons are suggestions. They are not the same as a required add-on.

1. Open the add-on you want.
2. Choose Start Trial, if shown.
3. Read the trial length and any rules. Confirm to start.
4. Use the tool, then check its end date in Settings > My Add-Ons.

Check the end date so you can decide whether to keep using the add-on. Contact Support if you need help with your trial.

1. Open the add-on and choose the purchase option you want.
2. Add it to the cart.
3. Check the store, tools, price, and payment plan.
4. Finish payment on the checkout page.
5. Return to the app. Check My Add-Ons to make sure it is ready.

An open checkout page does not mean you paid. Check the result before you try to pay again.

A subscription is a payment that repeats, such as each month or year.

Open Settings > My Add-Ons. Find the tool to view its plan and next payment. Use Cancel Subscription to stop the next renewal. You keep access through the time you have paid for.

Disable Add-On hides a tool. It is not the same as canceling its payment plan. Use Update Payment Method to change the card used for add-ons. Billing History shows past payments and receipts.

These plans pay for your store's add-ons. Use Subscriptions Management for recurring payments from your customers.

The Coming Soon list shows planned tools that are not yet available. You can use Upvote to show interest when offered.

If the app shows a special offer or reward, read its current terms before taking part. Do not rely on an old price, code, or screenshot. Related add-ons are suggestions, not always required tools.
