Delete Transactions

Add-on: Delete Transactions.

Delete Transactions removes records from the normal view and can change the totals you see.

It does not return card payments to buyers. Use Refund for that. Export records you need before deleting them.

Open the sale in Transactions. Check its receipt number, date, and total. Choose Delete, then read the message before you confirm.

Use View Deleted to review deleted records where shown. Do not delete a sale just to fix an uncertain payment.

Choose the correct date in Transactions. Export the records you need. Open Delete Transactions and read the scope shown before you confirm.

This can affect many sales. Stop if the date or record count is not what you meant. It is not a batch refund.
