Customer Rewards

Add-on: Customer Rewards.

This add-on also needs Customer Management enabled for your store.

Rewards let buyers earn points, stars, or another name you choose. They can use enough points for an offer you set.

Reward points are not store credit or cash.

1. Open Settings > Customer Rewards.
2. Set the point name, icon, and color.
3. Set how much a buyer must spend to earn points.
4. Choose Add New Reward. Set its point cost and discount.
5. Choose whether it applies to the whole sale, chosen items, or categories.
6. Save the reward and Save Settings.

Attach the correct customer on Sell. Use Redeem to spend points on an offer they can use. Check the points and discount before payment. See How customers use online rewards for online use.
