Inventory Count

Add-on: Inventory Count.

Inventory Count compares the count in the app with what you count in the store.

A count sheet keeps the result. Saving a count can change your stock, so check it before you finish.

1. Open Inventory Count > New Count Sheet.
2. Give the sheet a name.
3. Count the items in your store. Enter the real count in Store Count.
4. Choose Review Count Sheet.
5. Check each difference. Fix wrong entries.
6. Choose Save & Update Count when the counts are right.

Do not leave a copied count unchanged unless you have checked it. Saving updates stock, not just the sheet.

Find the sheet and choose View. Compare the app count, store count, and difference. Only Differences helps you focus on counts that did not match.

Choose Export on the sheet. Pick one of the options shown, such as Excel, email, printer, or PDF. Check the file or printout before you share it.

Choose Delete on the sheet and read the message. Confirm only for the right sheet. Do not use this as a way to undo stock changes from a saved count.
