Override Actions

Add-on: Override Actions.

An override is permission to do a restricted action. Override Settings lets you require a PIN for actions you choose.

Give the code only to trusted staff. This is separate from a customer's shop sign-in code.

Open Settings > Override Settings and choose Set Pin. Enter the code using the steps shown. Keep it private.

Change it if it has been shared with someone who should not have access.

Use Print Pin only if you need a physical access card. Check the printout and keep it in a safe place.

Anyone who can use that card may be able to approve actions. Do not leave it at a public counter.

Open Override Settings. Turn on Override for the actions that need a manager's code.

Check the list before staff use the app. A code protects only the actions set to require it.
